CyberOffice Warehouse Builder (CyberBuild) can generate a full, hierarchical plain HTML online catalog covering every product in your database. Typically one item per page, with a working link to "Order" the product. This is so designed that it aims to maximize the exposure of your site to Internet search engines when their robots index your site. Here are simple steps to product the pages if you have  Microsoft Access 2000 or later version,

• Open the underlying warehouse.mdb database (or Mall_warehouse.mdb)
• Find and run the "Search Engine Feeding" macro.
• Edit the macro to save the output in a designated folder (e.g. "Search Engine Feeding - Franchise" in Mall_warehouse.mdb).
• Adjust the parameters on the top of the "Search_Engine" module to best fit your own application.

The same module has also been converted to VBScript name "search_engine.vbs". You can edit the parameters on the top of the script and run it on the server.

Again the same function has been duplicated under the Franchise Control Panel, where you can generate the pages for the selected site. There are certain limitation and requirements on the permissions to run through the browser.

The program can generate search engine feeding catalog for each franchise site, limiting the list to only products under the site. Developers are welcome to improve the codes for their own benefits.
